Immigration arrests are high in Virginia. In addition to 287g agreements with local and regional jails, ICE has an intergovernmental service agreement (ISGA) in these four locations: Caroline Detention Center in Caroline County, Farmville Detention Center in Farmville, Riverside Regional Jail Authority in Prince George County, and Southwest Regional Jail in Abingdon
