David LeBlang, of the Miller Center at University of Virginia, has written an article, “Spanberger chooses evidence, not spectacle,” about newly-elected Governor Abigail Spanberger’s Executive Order 10 which reverses (previous) Governor Yougkin’s Executive Order 47 which mandated local jurisdictions and state organizations sign 287(g) agreements with ICE.
